By booking a session with The Sydney Dog Trainer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment is due in full **upon completion of each in-home training session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. By making payment on completion of the session (via cash, PayID, or other accepted methods), you confirm that:
* The booked service — a two-hour, in-home dog training consultation (covering puppy, behavioural, or obedience training) — has been completed in full.
* Payment constitutes final acknowledgement and acceptance that the service was delivered as agreed.
* Once payment has been made, the service is deemed fully rendered and accepted to your satisfaction.
Because all training sessions are conducted live and completed in person, refunds, credits, or claims that a service was “not provided” are not applicable once payment has been made.
Payment serves as confirmation that the training session took place and was fulfilled as booked.
Nature of the Agreed Service
The Sydney Dog Trainer provides a personalised, two-hour, in-home consultation that includes:
* Professional assessment and hands-on training with your dog.
* Personalised coaching and behavioural guidance for the owner.
* Practical instruction on how to continue training and manage behaviour at home.
While every effort is made to achieve positive results, no specific behavioural outcome can be guaranteed. Success depends on factors outside the trainer’s control, including the dog’s temperament, home environment, and—most importantly—your consistency in applying the techniques shown.
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information
Ensuring dogs are up-to-date with vaccinations and in good health, fit, and free from injury
Maintaining the safety and wellbeing of all participants during training sessions
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where health, safety, or compliance standards are not met.

By The Sydney Dog Trainer: We may cancel a session at any time, including during a session. In such cases, no fee will be payable.
By the Client: Bookings may be cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice to allow reallocation of the session. We understand emergencies happen; cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered at our discretion.
All quotes provided are valid for four (4) weeks. Once expired, a new quote will be required.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
